Psychodynamic Therapy

The foundation of my practice is rooted in a psychodynamic theory, which is a therapeutic approach that explores the depths of clients emotional world helping clients uncover and process the underlying thoughts and feelings that may contribute to grief and loss. I integrate psychodynamic therapy into my practice to help clients explore their unconscious thoughts, past experiences, and the dynamics of their relationships. This approach is particularly valuable when addressing the deep emotional layers that can be intertwined with grief and loss.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy is a comprehensive and holistic approach that incorporates various therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness techniques, and somatic therapy. Incorporating integrative therapy helps clients explore the emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of their experiences. This approach is particularly valuable when addressing the deep emotional layers that can be intertwined with grief and loss, allowing for a more comprehensive and profound healing journey.

Mindfulness and Breathwork

I integrate mindfulness practices and breathwork techniques into our sessions, aiming to bridge the mind and body connection between how your body feels physically and the state of your mind. Through guided breathwork, I help enhance mindful self-awareness, fostering healing not only on a physical level but also emotionally and spiritually.

Holistic Therapeutic Approach

In our sessions, I take a psychodynamic, integrative, and holistic approach. I prioritize creating a safe and comfortable space where we can explore how past experiences influence your present feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Together, we focus on the mind, body, and spirit connection, incorporating breathwork, guided visualization, meditation, grounding techniques, and art.
